”Changing Customers into Cheerleaders! – Habits that Influence & Impact Quality Service” will be the topic at the next “Lunch & Learn” on Thursday, November 17, in the Fountainview Room of the MCM Elegante’ Hotel, brought to you in part by Neches Federal Credit Union and Dana Johnson – Keller Williams.
The quarterly event begins with networking at 11:00AM, a delicious lunch promptly served at 11:20AM and the training will conclude at 1:00PM. “Lunch & Learn” is sponsored by the Better Business Bureau and will provide an excellent opportunity of business networking and professional development.
The fast-paced 60-minute training will be facilitated by Michael Clayton, BBB President/CEO and a Certified Seminar Leader and professional speaker. He has spoken to some 5,000 audiences in 41 states and three foreign countries. He will provide an inter-active handout for all participants.
The “Lunch & Learn” is a special opportunity for managers, supervisors, human resource personnel, administrative assistants, support staff, sales people, and others seeking to be more effective and productive in life and career.
Registration includes lunch, training materials, networking opportunities, and 60 minutes of fast paced learning and professional development. The cost is $40 per person.
