The 14th Southeast Texas SENIOR CELEBRATION and Consumer Expo is set for Thursday, October 24, from 8:30am to 2:30pm at the Beaumont Civic Center. It’s an exciting day for adults of all ages. Admission is FREE! Parking is FREE! The event is brought to you in part by Home Instead Senior Care, who will provide transportation to and from the parking lot to the event.
On the main stage, sponsored by Universal American/Texan Plus, enjoy our featured entertainer Lyndy Phillips! He’ll get you laughing and inspired with humorous stories and comedy sleight-of-hand. For over two decades, Lyndy has brought laughter and encouragement to audiences from Hawaii to the Bahamas. He’ll remind you why it’s important to laugh and make laughter a part of your every day!
The expo will feature over 100 booth exhibitors, live entertainment, the JC Penney-Parkdale Mall Style Show, celebrity models, BINGO, special presentations, refreshments, classic cars, clowns, door prizes, lots of valuable information, and fun!
Baptist Hospitals of Southeast Texas will provide ten (10) FREE health screenings in the lobby. (For testing that requires a blood draw, please fast before the event and visit the screenings first. You may also bring all your medications for a private evaluation.) Visit all 10 screenings and you’ll automatically be registered to win a $250 Gift Card from DuPont Goodrich Federal Credit Union. (Must be present to win; drawing at 1pm.)
