The Better Business Bureau that serves the eight-counties and the Bolivar Peninsula of Southeast Texas has announced the officers of its Board of Directors for 2012.  They include Board Chairperson -– Bill Hecht, CFO of CHRISTUS Health Southeast Texas Region; Vice-Chairperson -- Robert Edgar, Shareholder of Edgar, Kiker & Cross, CPA and Consultants; Treasurer -- Dan Bell, VP Business Lending of MCT Credit Union; Chairperson-Elect for 2013 -- Tim Sudela, President of American Valve & Hydrant; Secretary -- Paul Skinner, Owner/President of Star Graphics, Inc.; and past Board Chairperson -- Barry Bryant, Marketing Manager of Bill Clark Pest Control, Inc.

         Twenty-five other prominent business leaders in the region including Slate Babineaux, Vice President of Air Comfort, Inc.; Jim Broussard, Co-CEO of Broussard’s Mortuary; Jed Dollinger, Senior Partner (Retired) of Wathen, Deshong & Juncker, CPA; George Crawford, General Manager of Lamar Advertising; Robert Bertrand, President of Cotton Cargo; and Shawn Hanley, VP/Marketing of Howell Furniture Galleries.
