The Better Business Bureau in Southeast Texas has revoked the BBB Accreditation of an area business. The BBB Board of Directors at their December meeting approved the revocation.
The BBB Accreditation of Barber, All Eyes on Me - Jimmy Beasley of Orange was revoked due to his failure to comply with the Code of Business Practices Standards for BBB Accreditation.
All Eyes on Me - Jimmy Beasley failed to comply with BBB Code of Business Practices #1E, which requires that an Accredited Business must: 1. Build Trust - Establish and maintain a positive track record in the marketplace. E. In its relationship with the BBB: Meet all applicable standards within the Code of Business Practices; Complete the required application and pay all monetary obligations to the BBB in a timely manner.
Per the Better Business Bureau by-laws, this above-mentioned business will have 30 days upon notification to appeal the decision to the Board Chairperson for review by the Board of Directors.
“Businesses who apply for BBB Accreditation must meet the eight standards in the BBB Code of Business Practices, and they must maintain those standards to continue their BBB Accreditation,” stated BBB President/CEO Michael Clayton.
